  • As a Software Engineer at Fleet, you’ll be part of the team that’s redefining how operations teams manage properties at scale. You’ll help us architect, build, and deploy new features across our core platform — with direct impact on user experience, efficiency, and uptime.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Designing and developing full-stack web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.)

    • Building scalable REST APIs to support frontend workflows, integrations, and analytics

    • Collaborating with product, design, and QA to deliver intuitive user experiences for property managers, technicians, and admins

    • Writing clean, testable, and maintainable code

    • Participating in agile development cycles and code reviews

    • Helping scale our infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines

    • Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS

    • Backend: Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, Redis

    • Infra: AWS, Docker, GitHub Actions

    • Monitoring: Datadog, Sentry

    ✅ What We're Looking For

    • 2–5 years of experience building and maintaining full-stack applications

    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript

    • Experience with SQL and building scalable APIs

    • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar)

    • A product mindset — you care about how features impact real users

    • Bonus: Experience with SaaS platforms, CMMS, or property/facility tech
